- Description
- A peer was dragged across the floor to his room of which screaming resumed without oversight. Before that the peer was kicked by staff member in the groan before being dragged into their room. I became a peer advocate with their signed consent for this patient and they informed me after discharge that they were afraid of retaliation for being an illegal alien, which they had no control over with coming here with their parents.
The peer was timid and asking for help. There was no prompt or justification of force by staff.
